TITANIUM RANGER

The Titanium Ranger shows up on the scene, when Diabolico has him steal the
Titanium Morpher.  At first, the Titanium Ranger battles the Power Rangers,
but is later convinced to join the team.  His weapon is the Titanium Laser.
It has two modes; blaster/axe.  He pilots the Max Soldarzord.

RYAN MITCHELL

Ryan is kidnapped when he is young by Diabolico.  He is chosen by Diabolico
to steal the Titanium Morpher and become the Titanium Ranger.  He is convin-
ced by his father, Captain Mitchell to join the Rangers.
